These are the rules that govern your account and all activities at 77pud. They are written in plain language so every Filipino player can actually understand them. Please read them carefully before registering.
Before diving into the full document, here are the six things every 77pud member should know upfront.
Each player may hold only one 77pud account. Duplicate accounts are not permitted and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of funds.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "Member", "You") and 77pud ("the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") in relation to your use of the 77pud website located at https://77pud.net and all associated products, services, and features including the sportsbook, casino, poker, bingo, and any other gaming products we operate ("the Services").
These Terms apply to all players regardless of location, but 77pud specifically serves the Philippine market. All monetary references in these Terms use Philippine Peso (₱) unless otherwise stated. By accessing the 77pud website, registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

77pud reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and address at any time. If satisfactory documentation is not provided within a reasonable period as communicated by the platform, your account may be restricted or closed. Any funds derived from play conducted before age verification is completed may be withheld pending review.

You agree to maintain the accuracy of your registration information at all times and to notify 77pud promptly if any details change. Providing false or misleading information at registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
Each individual player may hold only one 77pud account. This means one account per person, per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method. If you already hold a 77pud account, opening a new one to circumvent restrictions, reclaim a bonus, or for any other purpose is prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 77pud reserves the right to close all related accounts, return the original deposit amount of the oldest account, and forfeit any bonuses, winnings, or pending withdrawals associated with all other accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 77pud username, password, and any verification codes sent to your registered contact details. Do not share these with any other person. 77pud will never contact you by phone, SMS, or email to request your full password. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is deemed to be your activity and is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your 77pud account, contact the support team immediately at support@77pud.net and change your password.
77pud operates Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures as required by applicable regulations. You may be asked to provide a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine National ID, passport, driver's licence), proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement), and proof of payment method at any point during the account lifecycle. Verification is typically required before your first withdrawal and may be requested again at any time. Accounts may be restricted until verification is satisfactorily completed.
77pud accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfer, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank online banking, Visa card, and Mastercard. Availability of specific methods may vary. Check your account cashier for current options and any applicable limits.
You may only use payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits made via third-party accounts, shared e-wallets, or payment instruments that do not belong to you will be declined or reversed. Any winnings derived from funds deposited via a third-party payment method may be voided. This policy is in place to protect against money laundering and to ensure the integrity of the 77pud platform for all players.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the cashier section of your 77pud account and are subject to change. Where GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed during normal platform hours, the majority settle within minutes. Processing times for bank transfers may differ depending on the receiving institution.
Note on Withdrawal Holds: 77pud does not apply extended holding periods to verified accounts. Delays beyond standard processing times will be communicated to the affected player with a clear reason. If a delay is unexplained, contact support immediately.
All 77pud accounts operate in Philippine Peso (₱). Deposits made in other currencies may be subject to a conversion fee applied by your payment provider. 77pud does not apply an additional currency conversion charge, but the rate applied by a third-party payment processor is outside the control of 77pud.
All bonuses offered by 77pud are subject to the specific terms displayed on the relevant promotional page. Where there is any conflict between specific promotional terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms take precedence for that offer only. 77pud bonuses are intended for recreational players and may not be used as part of a commercial betting or arbitrage strategy.
Bonuses at 77pud are subject to wagering requirements before any funds derived from bonus activity can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each offer is stated on the individual promotion page. For example, a bonus with a 20× wagering requirement means that the combined bonus and deposit amount must be wagered twenty times before a withdrawal can be requested. Certain bet types and games may contribute at different rates toward the completion of a wagering requirement.
Each 77pud bonus carries an expiry period from the date of issue or first deposit, as stated in the relevant promotion terms. If wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period, the bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from the account automatically. 77pud does not extend bonus validity periods on request.
77pud reserves the right to void bonus funds, cancel pending withdrawals, and close accounts where there is evidence of bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, using strategies designed solely to complete wagering requirements without genuine engagement with the platform, collusion between players, and any form of fraudulent or dishonest activity in connection with a promotion.
The 77pud Refer a Friend programme allows existing members to earn a reward when a referred person successfully registers and meets the qualifying criteria. Rewards are subject to the specific terms published on the refer-a-friend page and may change without advance notice. Self-referral is not permitted.
All bets placed at 77pud are subject to the sports betting rules and market-specific rules published within the sportsbook section. The following general principles apply to all wagers:

Technical malfunctions during a game session – including disconnections, server errors, or incomplete rounds – will be resolved in the manner most equitable to the player as determined by 77pud's technical logs. No winnings will be confirmed for game rounds that did not complete correctly, and no losses will be counted for rounds that were not initiated by the player. Any disputes arising from casino game outcomes must be raised within 30 days of the event in question.
Live dealer game sessions are recorded in full. 77pud uses these recordings to resolve any disputes relating to game outcomes, dealer conduct, or technical issues. Recordings are retained for a minimum of 90 days.
When using 77pud, whether in live chat, support channels, or any interactive feature, you agree to behave in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and consistent with these Terms. Specifically, you must not:

77pud collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which you agree to as part of your acceptance of these Terms. Personal data collected during registration and account activity is used for identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and providing you with the 77pud services you have requested.
77pud will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers who support the operation of the platform under strict data processing agreements. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting support@77pud.net, subject to any legal or regulatory requirements that require the retention of certain information.

Where an account is closed for non-fraudulent reasons and verified funds are present, the balance will be returned to the player via their last verified payment method within a reasonable period. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus activity that has not met wagering requirements will not be returned. If you wish to close your 77pud account voluntarily, contact support@77pud.net with your request. Account closure does not discharge any obligations already owed to 77pud.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77pud's total liability to any player for any claim arising from or related to the use of the platform shall be limited to the amount of funds held in the player's account at the time the claim arises.
77pud does not accept liability for losses resulting from: interruptions to service due to technical failure or maintenance, changes to odds or market availability, decisions made by players in connection with their own betting or gaming activity, or any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud arising from 77pud's own negligence or wilful misconduct.
77pud may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, registered players will be notified by email to their registered address. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the 77pud platform after the stated effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the changes, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the effective date.
Historical versions of these Terms are not publicly archived, but previous versions can be provided to active account holders on written request within 60 days of a revision.
